Signing in with ChatGPT provides this website with a site specific account identifier, email address, and a display name when available. These identify your private profile. The site stores the home links, figures, preferences, checklist, and notes that you choose to save.
Saved homes and profile notes are not shown in the agent inbox automatically. If you choose to share your plans, only the message and contact details that you submit are included in that inquiry. You can remove saved homes, clear your profile entries, and export your collection from My collection.
Contact requests
When you submit a contact form, your name, email, optional phone number, message, and submission time are stored in Zahra’s website inbox. An authorized agent account can review the request and respond. A hashed network identifier is retained with requests to limit repeated submissions.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages or confirm an appointment. Do not submit financial account numbers, identity documents, or confidential transaction materials through these forms.
Website services and external links
The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and its sign in service, with hosted database storage for records. When an approved Matrix search is enabled, that embedded service operates under its own policies and may use its own cookies. External property links open the original website; no listing data is automatically imported into your collection.
This version does not add advertising pixels, marketing cookies, or behavioral analytics. Essential hosting and authentication services may use cookies or technical logs.
Your choices
For help accessing, correcting, or deleting stored information, email tarmast@gmail.com. Requests may require identity confirmation before account data is disclosed or deleted. Records remain stored until removed through the site or an account request, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
